Commercial EIC pricing is based on your supply type (single-phase or three-phase) and total number of circuits across all consumer units. Minimum 5 circuits per consumer unit.
Formula: (Consumer Units × per-unit rate) + (Total Circuits × per-circuit rate). Minimum 5 circuits per CU.
Our EIC service for commercial premises includes a comprehensive inspection and test of all new work before the certificate is issued, giving you documented proof of compliance for insurance, lease, and regulatory purposes.
